【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardestablishesrequirementsforthedesignqualificationofbalanceof-system(BOS)componentsusedinterrestrialphotovoltaic(PV)systems.Thisstandardissuitableforoperationinindoor,conditionedorunconditioned;oroutdooringeneralopen-airclimatesasdefinedinIEC60721-2-1,protectedorunprotected.Itiswrittenfordedicatedsolarcomponentssuchasbatteries,inverters,chargecontrollers,systemdiodepackages,heatsinks,surgeprotectors,systemjunctionboxes,maximumpowerpointtrackingdevicesandswitchgear,butmaybeapplicabletootherBOSsystemcomponents.ThisstandardisbasedonthatwhichisspecifiedinIEC61215andIEC61646forthedesignqualificationofPVmodules.However,changeshavebeenmadetoaccountforthespecialfeaturesofthebalance-of-systemcomponents,andtoadddifferentlevelsofseverityforthedifferentserviceenvironments.Dust,fungus,insects,shippingvibrationandshock,andprotectionclasshavebeenaddedtotheappropriateenvironmentalcategories.Thehighandlowtemperatureandhumiditylimitshavealsobeenmodifiedfortheappropriateserviceenvironments.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytophotovoltaicmodules.ThesearecoveredbyIEC61215orIEC61646.Also,thisstandarddoesnotapplytoconcentratormodulesortocompletePVsystems.Specificelectricalsafetyaspectsarenotpartofthisstandard.Thisstandardisapplicabletolead-acidandnickel-cadmiumcellsandbatteries.Otherelectrochemicalstoragesystemswillbeincludedwhentheybecomeavailable.TheobjectofthistestsequenceistodeterminetheperformancecharacteristicsofeachBOScomponentsandtoshow,asfaraspossiblewithinreasonableconstraintsofcostandtime,thatthecomponentiscapableofmaintainingthisperformanceafterexposuretothesimulatedservicenaturalenvironmentalconditionsforwhichitisintendedtobeapplicableasspecifiedbythemanufacturer.Theactuallifeexpectancyofcomponentssoqualifiedwilldependontheirdesign,theirenvironmentandthesystemconditionsunderwhichtheyareoperated.
