【摘要】:ThisBritishStandardspecifiesadesignmethodforpoweredandnon?poweredaxleswithinboardbearingsforrailwayapplications.Thisstandard:?specifiestheforcesandmomentstobetakenintoaccountwithreferencetomasses,tractionandbrakingconditions;?specifiesthestresscalculationmethodforaxleswithinboardaxle?journals;?specifiesthemaximumpermissiblestressestobeassumedincalculationsforsteelgradesEA1N,EA1TandEA4TasdefinedinBS?EN?13261andsteelgradesA1NandA1TasspecifiedinBS?5892-1;?specifiesamethodfordeterminingthediametersforthevarioussectionsoftheaxle.Italsogivesrecommendationsforthepreferredshapesandtransitionstoensureadequateserviceperformance.Thisstandardisapplicableto:?solidandhollowpoweredaxlesforrailwayrollingstock;?solidandhollownon-poweredaxlesofmotorbogies;?solidandhollownon-poweredaxlesoflocomotives;?axlesdefinedinBSEN?13261andinBS?5892-1;?UKstandardgauge.ThisstandardisapplicabletoaxlesfittedtorollingstockintendedtorunundernormalUKmainlineconditions.Beforeusingthisstandard,ifthereisanydoubtastowhethertherailwayoperatingconditionsarenormal,itisnecessarytodeterminewhetheranadditionaldesignfactorhastobeappliedtothemaximumpermissiblestresses.Thecalculationofwheelsetsforspecialapplications(e.g.tamping/lining/levellingmachines)maybemadeaccordingtothisstandardonlyfortheloadcasesoffree-runningandrunningintrainformation.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytoworkloadcases.Theyarecalculatedseparately.
