【摘要】:Sodiumisapervasivecontaminantanditisthefirstcationtobreakthroughdeionizationequipment.Thistestmethodallowsmeasurementofmicrogramsperlitre(partsperbillion)concentrationsofsodiuminwatertomonitorlow-sodiumwatersourcesforindicationsofcontaminationorproperoperation.Applicationsincludemonitoringmakeupsystems,condensers,condensatepolishers,feedwater,boilerwater,andsteam.Thistestmethodismoresensitiveandselectivethanconductivitymeasurementsonhighpuritysamples.1.1Thistestmethodcoverstheon-linedeterminationoftraceamountsofsodiuminwaterusinganion-selectiveelectrode.1.2Thistestmethodisbasedonon-lineapplicationofthesodiumionelectrodeasreportedinthetechnicalliterature().Itisgenerallyapplicableovertherangeof0.01to10000g/L.1.3TheanalystshouldbeawarethatadequatecollaborativedataforprecisionandbiasstatementsasrequiredbyPracticeD2777arenotprovided.SeeSectionfordetails.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Theinch-poundunitsgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.ForspecifichazardstatementsseeSection6.
