【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsformaterial,design,manufacturing,testinganddocumentationforstationarypipingintendedforuseinrefrigeratingsystems,heatpumpsandsecondarycoolingandheatingsystems.TheserefrigeratingsystemsandheatpumpsystemsarereferencedinthisstandardasrefrigeratingsystemsasdefinedinEN378-1.1.2ThisEuropeanStandardappliestopipingincludingweldedorbrazedattachmentsuptoandincludingtheflanges,screwed,weldedorbrazedconnectorsortotheedgetobeweldedorbrazedatthefirstcircumferentialjointconnectingpipingorotherelements.1.3ThisEuropeanStandardappliestotheselection,applicationandinstallationofsafetyaccessoriesintendedtoprotectthepipingduringthevariousphasesoftherefrigerationcycle.1.4ThisEuropeanStandardappliestothefollowingpiping:?heatexchangerconsistingofpipingforthepurposeofcoolingorheatingairwherepipingaspectsarepredominant;?pipingincorporatedintoanassembly(e.g.selfcontainedsystem,condensingunit);?fielderectedpiping.1.5ThisEuropeanStandardappliestopipingwithaninternalpressuredownto–1bar,toaccountfortheevacuationofthepipingpriortochargingwithrefrigerant.1.6ThisEuropeanStandardappliestoboththemechanicalloadingconditionsandthermalconditionsasdefinedinEN13480-3associatedwithrefrigeratingsystems.ItappliestopipingsubjecttothemaximumallowabletemperaturesforwhichnominaldesignstressesformaterialsarederivedusingEN14276-1:2006+A1orasspecifiedinthisEuropeanStandard.Inadditionpipingdesignedtothisstandardneedstohaveamaximumdesigntemperaturenotexceeding200°Candamaximumdesignpressurenotexceeding64bar.Outsideoftheselimits,EN13480shouldbeusedforthedesignconstructionandinspectionofthepiping.Underthesecircumstancestheuniquenatureofarefrigeratingplant,asindicatedintheintroductionofEN14276-1:2006+A1,needsalsotobetakenintoaccount.1.7ThisEuropeanStandardappliestopipingwherethemainpressurebearingpartsaremanufacturedfrommetallicductilematerialsasdefinedinClause4andinEN14276-1:2006+A1.
