【摘要】:ISO/TS15011-5:2006specifiesproceduresforobtaininginformationaboutthermaldegradationproductsgeneratedwhenwelding,cuttingthrough,preheatingandstraighteningproductscomposedwhollyorpartlyoforganicsubstances,e.g.shopprimers,paints,adhesives,waxes,sealants,pressinglubricant,oils,etc.Itisaimedprimarilyattestlaboratoriesperformingsuchprocedures.Thedatageneratedmaybeusedbyproductmanufacturerstoprovideinformationforinclusioninsafetydatasheetsandbyoccupationalhygieniststoidentifythermaldegradationproductsofsignificanceintheperformanceofriskassessmentsand/orworkplaceexposuremeasurements.Thedatacannotbeusedtoestimateworkplaceexposuredirectly.ISO/TS15011-5:2006isapplicabletoallproductscomposedpartlyorwhollyoforganicmaterialsthatcouldbeheated,duringweldingandcutting,totemperaturesatwhichthermaldegradationproductsaregeneratedandwhereitisnotapparentwhatthosedegradationproductswillbe.
