【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesamethodforthedeterminationoftotalvitaminBinfoodstuffsbymicrobiologicalassay(MBA).VitaminBisdeterminedasthemassfractionofpyridoxine,pyridoxalandpyridoxamine,includingtheirphosphorylatedorglycosylatedderivatives.ItisusuallyexpressedasmilligramvitaminBper100goffoodstuff.Themethodisapplicabletosamplesthatcanberenderedhomogeneousanddonotcontainhighconcentrationsofantibioticsorotherinterferingsubstances.Thismethodhasbeenvalidatedinaninter-laboratorytestonfortifiedandnon-fortifiedsamplessuchaswholemealflour,milkpowder,mixedvegetablesandpigsliveratlevelsfrom0,5mg/100gto1,9mg/100g.Forfurtherinformationonthevalidationdata,seeAnnexB.
