【摘要】:Thisstandarddealswiththeprinciplehazardsarisingfromuseofmillingcutters,e.g.millingcuttersaccordingtoISO3855,usedforhighspeedmachining(chipremovalmachiningatincreasedperipheralspeeds)onmetalworkingmachinetoolsandprescribessafetyrequirements.Itspecifiesdesignmethods,centrifugalforcetestprocedures,operationallimitsandtheprovisionofinformationthatwillleadtominimisationoreliminationofthesehazards.Thestandardisapplicabletomillingcutterswhichareintendedforoperationatspeedsinaccordancewithfigures1and2.Thesefiguresrespectivelydefinetherotationalspeedlimitsandperipheralspeedlimitsforspecificcutterdiameters.NOTEAdetailedexplanationisprovidedinannexB.

【摘要】:ISO5002:2008specifiesthecharacteristicsofcarbonsteelsheetofcommercialanddrawingqualitiesincutlengthorcoilform,zinccoatedbyelectrolyticdeposition.Electrolyticzinc-coatedsheetisintendedforthemanufactureofformedorofmiscellaneousparts,andcanbesuppliedchemicallytreatedtorenderitmoresuitableforpainting.Thezinccoatingisexpressedinmicrometresofthicknessperside,foreitherequallycoated,differentiallycoatedorone-side-coatedsheets.Thesesheetsaregenerallyproducedwithcoatingswhicharenotintendedtowithstandoutdoorexposurewithoutchemicaltreatmentandpainting.Electrolyticzinc-coatedsheetcanbeproducedinthicknessesof0,36mmandthicker(normallyupto4,0mm)andinwidthsof600mmandoverincoilsorcutlengths.Itisrecognizedthatmaterialsthinnerthan0,36mmorthickerthan4,0mmcanbesuitableforelectrolyticzinccoating,and,ifrequired,bethesubjectofagreementbetweentheinterestedparties.
