【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddescribes,withreferencetoISO230-1andISO230-2,geometrictests,machiningtestsandtestsforaccuracyandrepeatabilityofnumerically-controlledpositioningaxesongeneralpurposeandnormalaccuracyturretandsinglespindleautomaticlathes.Italsospecifiestheapplicabletolerancescorrespondingtotheabove-mentionedtests.ThisInternationalStandardappliesonlytolatheswithamulti-toolturret.Thisturretcanbemanuallyindexed,semi-automaticallyindexedbymotionoftheturretslideorautomaticallyindexedbyanindependentcontrolincludingnumericalcontrol.Latheswithslidingheadstockareexcludedfromthescope,butlatheswithnumericalcontrolareincludedasfarasthecontentsofthisInternationalStandardareapplicable.ThisInternationalStandarddealsonlywiththeverificationofaccuracyofthemachine.Itdoesnotapplytotheoperationaltestingofthemachine(vibration,abnormalnoise,stick-slipmotionofcomponents,etc.)nortomachinecharacteristics(suchasspeeds,feeds,etc.)assuchchecksaregenerallycarriedoutbeforetestingtheaccuracy.
