【摘要】:TheindividualpartsofISO10472identifyallsignificanthazardsassociatedwithlaundrymachinerydesignedforuseinindustriallaundrypremises,whichincludeshotels,hospitals,nursinghomes,prisonsandsimilarpremises,aswellasmachinesdesignedforuseinself-serviceestablishmentssubjecttotheminimumcapacitiesstatedintheseparatepartsofISO10472.Dry-cleaningpressesandgarmentpressesarealsoincluded.Certainspecializedfinishingmachinesusedforshapeditemsareexcluded.Householdandsimilarelectricalappliances]seeIEC335)arenotcoveredbyISO10472.TheindividualpartsofISO10472complementthebasicrequirementslaiddowninISO/TR121001andISO/TR12100-2.Theygiveguidancetothedesigneronassessingtherisksassociatedwiththehazards(seeEN1050)andonselectingmeasurestoattaintherequiredsafetylevel."Useofmachinery"comprisesbothintendeduseandreasonablyforeseeablemisuse.TheindividualpartsofISO10472donotgivespecifictechnicaladviceabout:--thephasesoflifeofthemachineotherthanuse;--noise;laser;--maintenanceoperationsandeliminationofprocessfaults;--ergonomics;--explosions;--isolationofenergysources;--pressurevessels;--hotsurfacesnecessarilyexposedforproductionpurposes[butseeISO104726(pressheadsurface)].TheindividualpartsofISO10472donotcoverelectromagneticcompatibility.Hazardsduetotheuseofgaswithinamachinewhichisnotincludedintherangedescribedin5.5.2ofthispartofISO10472arenotcoveredbytheindividualpartsofISO10472.Examplesoflayoutsofalarge-andamedium-sizeplantwhichshowthemachinesofparts2to6ofISO10472aregiveninannexB.TheindividualpartsofISO10472applytomachineswhicharemanufacturedafterthedateofissueoftherelevantparts.NOTEForsignificanthazardsconcernedwithconstruction,transport,commissioning,decommissioning,dismantlinganddisposalofthemachine,seeISO/TR121001:1992,3.11,3.12andISOfrR121002:1992,5.5.TheguidancecontainedintheindividualpartsofISO10472isbasedontheassumptionthatthedesignerhascompletedariskanalysisofthemachineunderconsideration.ThiswillenablehimtoidentifyandfulfilthesignificantrequirementsforthemachineasstipulatedbytheindividualpartsofISO10472.
