【摘要】:ThisRecommendation|InternationalStandardspecifiesasetofBasicXMLEncodingRules(XER)thatmaybeusedtoderiveatransfersyntaxforvaluesoftypesdefinedinITU-TRec.X.680|ISO/IEC8824-1andITU-TRec.X.681|ISO/IEC8824-2.ThisRecommendation|InternationalStandardalsospecifiesasetofCanonicalXMLEncodingRuleswhichprovideconstraintsontheBasicXMLEncodingRulesandproduceauniqueencodingforanygivenASN.lvalue.Itisimplicitinthespecificationoftheseencodingrulesthattheyarealsousedfordecoding.TheencodingrulesspecifiedinthisRecommendation|InternationalStandard:-areusedatthetimeofcommunication;-areintendedforuseincircumstanceswheredisplayingofvaluesand/orprocessingthemusingcommonlyavailableXMLtools(suchasbrowsers)isthemajorconcerninthechoiceofencodingrules;-allowtheextensionofanabstractsyntaxbyadditionofextravaluesforallformsofextensibilitydescribedinITU-TRec.X.680|ISO/IEC8824-1.
