【摘要】:1ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrequirementsforbowlcutters(seefigure1)usedwhenstationaryandpositionedonthefloororattableheight.Bowlcuttersarefoodmachinesusedtoprocessfreshorfrozenmeat,meatproducts,fishandvegetablesinarotatingbowl.Thisisperformedbymeansofverticalbladesrotatingaroundanearlyhorizontalaxis.ThisEuropeanStandardconsidershazardsarisingfromthedesign,operation,commissioningandmaintenanceoftherotatingbowlcutterswhenusedasintendedbythemanufacturer.Theintendedusesofthemachinesaredescribedinclause7ofthisstandard,'Informationforuse.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytohouseholdbowlcutters.2Thisstandardonlyappliestomachineswhicharemanufacturedafterthedateofissueofthisstandard.3Thisstandardcoversthefollowingtypesofbowlcuttersaccordingtothediameter(D)orthevolume(V)ofthebowl:—Type1bowlcuttersD≤700mmor2l≤V≤30l—Type2bowlcutters700mm1200mmorV>120lFortype2andtype3bowlcutters,loadingdevicesarealsocoveredinthisstandard.Bowlcuttersareconstructed,forexample,fromamachineframe,abowl,asetofcuttingblades,abladeshaft,abladecover,anoisecover,aloadingandremovaldevice,anassociateddriveandelectrical,hydraulicandpneumaticcomponentsandalsocomponentsforfumigating,vacuuming,heatingandcoolingaccordingtomachinetype.NOTEInpreparingthisstandarditwasassumedthatthemachinewouldbeoperatedbytrainedpersonnel.Thefreshordeep-frozenmaterialisfedmanuallyorbymeansofaloadingdeviceintothebowlofthebowlcutter.Onaccountoftherotationofthecutterbowlatdifferentspeedsofthebladeshaft,thematerialismixedwithadditives,sizereducedoremulsified.Thiscanalsotakeplaceundervacuum,orwhenliquidnitrogenorcarbondioxideorsteamisadded,orwhenboilingtakesplaceatthesametime.Bowlcuttersdonotoperateinacontinuousmode.
