【摘要】:ThisclauseofPart1isapplicableexceptasfollows:1.1Replacement:Ingeneral,thispartofIEC60730appliestotimersandtimeswitchesforhouseholdandsimilarusethatmayuseelectricity,gas,oil,solidfuel,solarthermalenergy,etc.oracombinationthereof,includingheating,airconditioningandsimilarapplications.Thisstandardisalsoapplicabletoindividualtimersutilizedaspartofacontrolsystemortimerswhicharemechanicallyintegralwithmultifunctionalcontrolshavingnon-electricaloutlets.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytotime-delayswitches(TDS)withinthescopeofIEC60669-2-3.Throughoutthisstandard,theword“timers”meanstimersandtimeswitches,unlessthetypeisspecificallymentioned.Deviceswhichonlyindicatetimeorpassageoftimearenotincluded.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytomulti-functionalcontrolshavinganintegratedtimingfunctionwhichisnotcapableofbeingtestedasaseparatetimingdevice.1.1.1Thisstandardappliestotheinherentsafety,totheoperatingcharacteristicswheresuchareassociatedwithequipmentprotectionandtothetestingofautomaticelectricalcontroldevicesusedinappliancesandotherapparatus,electricalandnon-electrical,forhouseholdandsimilarpurposes,butalsoextendedtoindustrialpurposeswhennodedicatedproductstandardsexist,suchasthatforcentralheating,airconditioning,processheating,etc.Timersforequipmentnotintendedfornormalhouseholduse,butwhichneverthelessmaybeusedbythepublic,suchasequipmentintendedtobeusedbylaymeninshops,inlightindustryandonfarms,arewithinthescopeofthisstandard.ThisstandardisalsoapplicabletotimersforapplianceswithinthescopeofIEC60335-1.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytotimersdesignedexclusivelyforindustrialapplications.Throughoutthisstandard,theword"equipment"means"applianceandequipment".1.1.2Thisstandardappliestoautomaticelectricalcontroldevices,mechanically,electromechanically,electricallyorelectronicallyoperated,responsivetoorcontrollingparameterssuchastemperature,pressure,passageortime,humidity,light,electrostaticeffect,floworliquidlevel.1.1.3Thisstandardappliestoautomaticelectricalcontroldevicesservingthestartingofsmallmotorsthatareusedprincipallyinappliancesandapparatusforhouseholdandsimilarpurposes.Suchcontroldevicesmaybebuiltintoorbeseparatefromthemotor.1.1.4Thisstandardappliestonon-automaticcontroldeviceswhensuchareassociatedwithautomaticcontroldevices.1.2Replacement:Thisstandardappliestocontrolswitharatedvoltagenotexceeding690Vandaratedcurrentnotexceeding63A.1.3Replacement:Thisstandarddoesnottakeintoaccounttheresponsevalueofanautomaticactionofacontrol,ifsucharesponsevalueisdependentuponthemethodofmountingthecontrolintheequipment.Ifaresponsevalueisofsignificantpurposeforthesafetyoftheuserorsurroundings,thevaluedefinedintheappropriatehouseholdequipmentstandardorasdeterminedbythemanufacturershallapply.1.4Replacement:Thisstandardappliesalsototimersincorporatingelectronicdevices,requirementsforwhicharecontainedinAnnexH.
