【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardappliestosheeters,includingunwindingunits,sheetstacker,driveandcontrolunitsintendedforuseinpapermakingandshallbeusedtogetherwithEN1034-1:2000.Paperdustandedgestripsuctiondevicesarenotcoveredbythisstandard.Itdealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandhazardeventsrelevanttosheeters,whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeclause4).Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto:?sheetersforcorrugatedboard(seeEN1010-5);?sheetersforfoil(seeEN1010-1);?sheeterswithsheetfeeders(seeEN1010-1);?guillotines(seeEN1010-3:2002).ThisdocumentisnotapplicabletosheetersthathavebeenmanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisdocumentbyCEN.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddescribesthreemethodsforthemeasurementofthechangeofstressinatestpieceatagivenelongationforthepurposeofdeterminingtheageingcharacteristicsoftherubbervulcanizate.—MethodAisintendedformeasurementundercontinuousstrainconditions.—MethodBisthepreferredmethodformeasurementunderintermittentstrainconditions.InthecaseofbothmethodsAandB,astressrelaxometerisusedtorecordthestressatthetemperatureofageing.—MethodCisanalternativetomethodBformeasurementunderintermittentstrainconditionsinwhichthetestpieceisremovedfromtheageingenvironmentformeasurementofthestressatthestandardlaboratorytemperature.ThenecessarycalibrationscheduleforthistypeofmeasurementisgiveninAnnexA.Measurementsatasingleelevatedageingtemperaturemaybeusedforqualitycontrolpurposesasameasureofheat-ageingresistance.Measurementsatanumberoftemperaturesmaybeusedforresearchanddevelopmentpurposestoestimatelong-termageingcharacteristicsinaccordancewiththeproceduresdescribedinISO11346.Noagreementbetweenthethreemethodsshouldbeinferred.Themethodusedwilldependonthepurposeofthetest.
